How to start funding

It’s really simple, please, write the disease or condition you are interested in, in the following field:

Remember, you may fund one category, several or all of them. As you wish.

We believe that your personal information is really important. In order to contact you (only if it where necessary) but trying to avoid your identification, we just ask for a name and an e-mail.

The IND code is just needed if someone gave it to you.

The platform allows you to fund medical research in the categories you may select with a minimu of 5€/month. That’s the only requirement (a minimum of 5€/month) but you can either commit it to:

  • Just one category, or;
  • Several categories, or;
  • All categories.

You just need to:

  1. Choose the categories you want (the amount will be equally distributed among them).
  2. If you’d rather specify what amounts shall be commited to the categories, check on “I want to specify the distribution” and write the amounts (in montly euros) in the fields provided.

Do not worry whether yo want to do monthly, quarterly, biannual or yeraly payments. You’ll decide it later and the amount will be calculated autoamitaclly.

Payment methods.

There are three payment methods:

a. Credit card,

b. Debit your bank account;

c. Bank transfer in our bank account.

a. When choosing the “Credit Card” method.

User must choose a payment frequency and the installment will be calculated automatically. It will be necessary to fill in the information just once. First payment will be a spot one. The following will be automatically charged 30, 60, 90 or 180 days after depending on the selected option.

Once the information is inserted and if the “Credit Card” payment method is selected, user will be redirected to a safe platform after pushing the “Fund Button”. It will be necessary to fill in the data just once and its guaranteed that:

(I) The user is communicating directly with the bank.
(II) The information inserted and communication between the user and the server is encrypted so no third parties can read or modify the data.

When finishing the process, an electronic document formalising the contract will be available for the user to print it.

INDACEA declares that it has no access nor mantains whatsoever any data corresponding to any credit card information used by the user to do the funding and only the bank will keep this data to be able to manage the collections.

b. When choosing the  “Direct Debit Payment” method.

User must choose a payment frequency and the installment will be calculated automatically. It will be necessary to fill in the information just once. First payment will be done during the first 5 days of the following month. The remaining installments be automatically charged during the first 5 days of the corresponding month (which will depend on the selected option).

c. When choosing the  “Bank Transfer” method.

The user shall do the bank transfer of the desired installment/s in our bank account (ES51 0182 6368 04 0201521761) indicating his IND code. Benefits resulting because of being an IND member will start as soon as her/his first bank transfer is received in our bank account.
